With Filter Templates, you can now work faster and more consistently using pre-set filters within Jobtoolz.

What are Filter Templates?

Filter Templates are pre-made filter configurations that help you view the right data more quickly within the tool. Instead of setting filters up every time, you can now simply select a template.

These templates can be used for, among others:

• Job postings
• Applicants
• Interviews
• Statistics

This saves you time and ensures more consistent work across different modules and between users.

You can create and save your own templates. If you’re an admin, you can also share templates with other users within your team.

How do they work?

Filter Templates are designed to improve collaboration and efficiency within your team:

👉 Templates can be shared with all co-admins (if shared by an administrator)
👉 By default, templates are private, so you can also use them just for yourself
👉 You can easily manage and edit them via the settings in Jobtoolz

This way, you combine flexibility with a clear and consistent way of working within your team.

In addition, applied filters will now be retained when you navigate through the application. This means you don’t have to reapply them every time, making your workflow much more efficient.
