The road to Jobtoolz
The hunt for qualified technicians did not always run smoothly… Somati FIE offers not only support in fire safety, but also fire prevention and specific object security. All of which must be done following the rules of the art, so not easy to find the right profile
At first, Somati FIE worked with an external recruiter who spent two days a week looking for new Fire Safety Heroes. He did a very good job, but rapid changes in the hr landscape and the tight job market made the search for new employees more difficult. Jobtoolz helped them make the recruitment process more efficient and reduce the extra workload. The candidate experience is now smoother and their employer brand was taken to the next level. 🚀
