Die reis verloopt in 3 delen: bewustwording (awareness), overweging (consideration) en interesse (interest). Ja, misschien krijg je wat customer-journey vibes, en dat is ook zo. Tot op zekere hoogte moet een kandidaat als \u2018klant\u2019 beschouwd worden.<\/p>\n<h3>1. Awareness cre\u00ebren<\/h3>\n<p>Hier gaat het allemaal over het verspreiden van je employer brand, bekendheid opbouwen rond je bedrijf of organisatie en kandidaten aantrekken met jouw werkgeversmerk. Dat kan op eindeloos veel manieren zoals:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Jobberichten op sociale media: Facebook, Linkedin, Instagram \u2026<\/li>\n<li>Jobadvertenties op sociale media: Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin \u2026<\/li>\n<li>Jobberichten op gratis jobboards: Google for Jobs, Monster, Glassdoor \u2026<\/li>\n<li>Jobadvertenties op betalende jobboards: Indeed, Jobat, Stepstone \u2026<\/li>\n<li>Andere sociale media campagnes: landingspagina-campagnes, webinars \u2026<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Opties genoeg. Proactieve promotie van je employer brand op sociale media is cruciaal voor mensen om je te zien en te bewonderen. Een fase die heel wat tijd en geduld vergt, maar waar jij later de vruchten van kunt plukken.<\/p>\n<h3>2. Consideration vragen<\/h3>\n<p>In deze fase is het tijd om uit jouw pijp te komen en te tonen wat voor geweldige werkgever jij voor de kandidaat zou zijn. Om te slagen, moet elk stukje content net dat tikkeltje meer informatie bevatten over jouw bedrijf of organisatie.<\/p>\n<p>Elke blog, ieder artikel of advertentie moet vanaf nu een CTA (Call To Action) hebben. Zoals de zelf naam zegt, je bericht moet de kandidaat tot actie aanzetten. En die actie leidt vaak tot een potenti\u00eble kandidaat op je jobsite of career page. Zo\u2019n career page of jobsite met openstaande jobs, de bedrijfscultuur \u00e9n content van medewerkers is een grote troef. Interesse wekken<\/h3>\n<p>In deze stap is het de bedoeling om kandidaten te overtuigen om te solliciteren op jouw geweldige vacatures. Ze hebben inmiddels genoeg tijd gekregen en voldoende content zien passeren om jouw employer brand van binnen en van buiten te kennen. Als alles hier goed gelopen is, dan ben jij vanaf nu een betrouwbare werkgever met een fantastisch employer brand.
