We\u2019re happy to explain.<\/p>\n<h2 data-section-id=\"trk0ev\" data-start=\"353\" data-end=\"381\">What exactly is changing?<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"383\" data-end=\"635\">From the entry into force of the new European rules, every job posting will have to include a clear indication of remuneration.
