All of which must be done following the rules of the art, so not easy to find the right profile<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">At first, Somati FIE worked with an external recruiter who spent two days a week looking for new Fire Safety Heroes. He did a very good job, but rapid changes in the hr landscape and the tight job market made the search for new employees more difficult. Jobtoolz helped them make the recruitment process more efficient and reduce the extra workload. The candidate experience is now smoother and their employer brand was taken to the next level. \ud83d\ude80<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Somati FIE briefly popped by a Dutch ATS, but soon realised that the match with Jobtoolz was on fire. Somati FIE also put their trust in Jobtoolz to generate more influx through social media advertisement.
